Bidagora structures briefs, records supplier routing when outreach is authorized, and preserves choice records. Bidagora is not a party to the supply contract between a client and a supplier.
Quotes are written by suppliers and reflect their own scope, pricing, availability, assumptions, and commitments. Each quote is valid according to the validity period stated by that supplier.
A choice record captures the client decision. Supplier payment and delivery obligations remain directly between client and supplier unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Suppliers are responsible for accurate company, proof, kit, pricing, and availability information.
